Being one of the biggest financial institute, BMC Control-M is used to run banks books and ledgers, regulatory reports. Control-M handles thousands of jobs on both distributed and Mainframe platform without any issues.

To automate the daily BAU tasks so that we can save many number of MAN hours, at the same time to transfer any data securely the MFT control module plays a crucial role.

Without the use of Control-M's automation our IT Department would be tasked with executing multiple scripts/tasks all day and night. That would NOT be efficient!

The solution is very intuitive and easy to learn and use. New staff understand the primary use of the solution in a couple of days, mainly in areas of operation that work with Dominio Monitoring.

Control-M allows us to automate server cleaning tasks and review work history which in turn helps us to lower the manpower required and increase efficiency. Also the platform's several reporting choices helps us to simplify the internal and external audit processes.

We use Control-M to automate tasks on a schedule. This product has given us a central place to monitor jobs visually instead of going to each server to monitor Windows Scheduled tasks. This also lets non-admins run jobs as a self-service as well as be able to load balance tasks and Control-M servers.

Control-M by far is the leader in this industry. The ease of use of the product and the ability to get others up to speed on using the product because of this is great.

Previously we used to run our workload in CA workload automation but it was not implemented right, then we decided to have a more robust tool with a good partner for implementation.

Out of the box, Control-M is relatively intuitive, but what BMC offers in training helps out and fills the gap of the knowledge required to be a specialist.

Control-M was a great scheduler...but now he's more than that. Now Control-M has become a perfect orchestrator.

It is a very innovative and feature-rich solution and can be used to complete many diverse tasks and solve different issues, resulting in significant time savings and cost-effectiveness.

It is an extremely intuitive tool with great documentation and usage examples even on YouTube.

Control-M has given us the benefit of working with external agencies through its managed file transfer system. This has enabled us to work beyond our previous scope of work and brought the ability to bring us to the next level.

I started working with Control-M in 1996, and even though I stepped away from it for 10 years, I have seen continuous improvements. While checking the market for alternatives to Control-M, I have seen that there is nothing comparable.

It has become part of our system, without which it would impact our business or day to day processing . It did made our life easy with its automated features ,integration , easy to use , with lot of API and plugin which are deployed , customization of jobs or job as a code . I have used other tools for this type of programming, and they do not offer the same level of flexibility as CTM. It is very useful when creating chains and cycles, so it is also worth highlighting the option to view the jobs that are going to be launched on a certain day.
